The client purchased the site with development approval for 126 residential units and eight townhouses.
CDArchitects were approached to revisit the design, resulting in the elimination of the townhouse component and the provision of a large 1000m² deep soil landscaped buffer zone between the proposed development and the adjoining two- and three-storey existing residential developments to the south.
The revised plan proposes 220 residential units plus commercial suites.
The façade features a street wall element with a prominent corner tower treatment, emphasising the site’s prominent location.
