Ziad Chanine
As Director, Ziad steers the company’s strategic vision, prioritizing innovative design, design excellence, and strategic thinking since founding CDA in 1998. His focus lies in expanding CDA’s influence across sectors and revolutionizing urban development.
With 25 years’ experience in project design, management, and delivery, Ziad guides each CDA project strategically, capitalizing on his development expertise.
His approach appreciates project individuality, employing strategic thinking to grasp site complexities and fulfill client goals. Ziad actively explores alternative solutions, elevating CDA’s value delivery at every project phase.
Liljana Ermilova
With more than 25 years’ in architecture and construction, Liljana holds the esteemed qualifications of a registered architect and Design Practitioner.
Liljana’s expertise encompasses a comprehensive understanding of diverse standards, codes, and legal prerequisites governing these industries.
Liljana possess a keen eye for architectural design and intricate construction detailing, complemented by proficient coordination and problem solving abilities. Liljana excels in communication, establishing productive relationships with clients, a variety of stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
Rudy Jasin
Rudy Jasin has a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of New South Wales.
With over 23 years’ experience working in a wide range of projects including master planning, subdivision development, medium to high density residential, retail and commercial building in Australia, Asia and Middle East.
Rudy has successfully overseen both large and smaller scale projects. He has extensive skills in developing creative solutions, architectural design and master planning and prides himself on ensuring projects meet the design brief to client expectations.
Lambadarios Pappas
With over two decades of global leadership experience, Lam excels in overseeing construction projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors, from inception to completion. Lam builds strong professional relationships, allocates resources adeptly, and ensures strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
Lam possesses deep industry knowledge, manages design processes, and coordinates construction documentation, design meetings, and client relations. With an entrepreneurial mindset, Lam devises innovative strategies to achieve corporate goals, excelling in negotiation, leadership, organization, and risk management.
