The design of this building is informed by contextual and urban planning principles.
Due to its proximity to an existing eight-storey hotel, the planning and design team successfully negotiated an improved outcome for the client by maximizing the development potential.
Despite the proposed building exceeding council height limits, approval was granted in consideration of the heights of surrounding buildings.
The development consists of sixty-four residential dwellings spread across six levels, with a rooftop common open space offering sweeping views toward Parramatta CBD.
