This site now hosts a seven-story building comprising nineteen residential units and a ground-floor commercial suite.
The architectural design features an exoskeleton structure with a consistent floor plan from the first to the fifth floor. The top floor, however, introduces a reduced footprint, pulling back from the building’s front to soften its visual impact on the street. A simple yet effective material palette, consisting of concrete paneling and painted slab edges/beam elements, creates a vertical rhythmic pattern that enhances the building’s aesthetic.
